The conformity and structural design of the Prospace +, light shelving with tubular or solid shelves Nautirack was the subject of a certification of the well-known TÜV Certification center.
This certification is a guarantee of safety and conformity for the owners and users of Prospace+ shelving systems.

PRORACK+ has been designed in accordance with the European regulations FEM 10.2.02.

Pallet racking : PROPAL +
PROPAL+ has been designed in accordance with the latest European regulations.
These regulations, concerning racking and shelving, are issued under FEM 10.2.02.
This FEM code reiterates many of the clauses in Eurocode 3 (part 1-3) and also
covers calculations regarding the effects of combined forces on the sections due to
different conditions of elastic instability (inclination, deflection, twisting…).

Mezzanines : PROPLUS LP
A system which conforms to Building Regulation Guidelines: (certification awarded by Bureau Veritas)
“Technical verification of the design and concept of the PROPLUS L.P raised storage platforms. With reference to your design and calculations, they meet the requirements for regulations CM 66 and EUROCODE 3. The loading charts from the design of PROPLUS LP guarantees its rigidity, structural stability and safety.”

Cantilever racking : CANTIPRO
Whether it’s the columns, arm or bracing system, CANTIPRO is a product completely designed and manufactured within the PROVOST Group factories. It’s exclusive design is covered by a patent. In fact, CANTIPRO is the first cantilever racking system where the slim profile columns are assembled by riveting and bolted to the base, thus making maintenance and transport easier. The whole of the range has been certified by VERITAS with regard to compliance with current standards and regulations applicable to this type of product and in particular the Eurocode 3 rules.

Nautirack structures: vertical Boat racking, Dry storage facilities.
Our structures are designed and certified to resist to seaside conditions: water, salt and strong wind. The Nautirack structures ware disigned and calculated to resist to forklift-handling and boat-storage.
All the elastoplastical calculation was done according to the european legislation (FEM 10.2.02). In addition to these static analyses, studies in dynamic stresses were undertaken by integrating the climatic and seismic loads (wind in gust, traileffect,…).
These calculations allow obtaining a Nautirack structure in complete conformity with the normative requirements EUROCODE 1 and Paraseismic Rules. The conformity and structural design of the Nautirack was the subject of a certification of Office VERITAS. These results in addition to the existing installations are a guarantee of safety and conformity for the owners, the local communities and the insurance companies.
